Downtown Anchorage Studio

Salted Roots BaseCamp is a fantastic find in downtown Anchorage. I spend a lot of time in Anchorage related to my job and this is the perfect location - you can walk to my favorite restaurant (Whisky and Ramen) and many other restaurants and it's a short drive or rideshare from the airport or anything else in town. Having a kitchenette and a table is such a gift and there's room to reorganize your stuff! Super comfy bed, excellent bathroom. Thanks for a great stay

The amount we paid per night for concrete floors and no extras was terrible. Only one bedside table and no extra outlet nearby to charge phone. This was advertised as ‘artsy’ but it was far from being aesthetically pleasing! I wish I had gone to a nicer hotel !

My husband & I enjoyed our 2 night stay in January. The room was spacious and comfortable with welcomed amenities and free parking. The coffee was good. We appreciated the easy access to activities such as skiing on the Coastal Trail and onsite yoga classes. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Palmeira Tropical Fusion. Thanks for a fun and pleasant Alaska urban weekend getaway.

"You" are very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the bed was #1 ....possibly more comfortable than ours at home! Nice shower and bathroom. Heating system works I guess with the space heater however cold air with fan (white) noise blows 24x7. TV confusing. I think today sattelite not working. Is the volume locked in at low level? We are older than some and couldn't hear real well. Maybe link to some instructions on how to best use the tv on your guest portal. Other than those two things, excellent. Best of luck to you.
